[Intro Music Fades In]
JEREMY:
Hey everyone, welcome to Amplify Academy, the place where we turn great Keller Williams agents into tech-driven, system-powered business builders. I’m Jeremy Curtin—Team Leader and your accountability coach for the ride.
GLENN:
And I’m Glenn Rogers—Assistant Team Leader, resident AI geek, and your favorite bad influence when it comes to adding one more SmartPlan.
JEREMY (laughs):
That’s true. If there’s an automation that can make you more efficient, Glenn’s already tested it twice.
GLENN:
This week kicks off our first Power Hour Series—and the focus is all about mastering the language of AI and Command.
JEREMY:
Yeah, Week 1 is called “Learn to Speak AI.” It’s not about replacing you with a robot—it’s about learning how to think in a way that the model understands. Because here’s the truth: if your prompt is weak, your content will be weaker.
Segment 1 – Monday: Speaking AI Clearly
GLENN:
So Monday we start simple—learning how to actually talk to ChatGPT. Most agents open the tool and say, “Write me a post about the market,” and then complain that it sounds like a robot.
JEREMY:
(laughing) Yeah, and then they post it anyway.
GLENN:
Exactly. Monday’s lesson is about structure: role, goal, context, tone, and format. Once you give it that structure, the AI becomes your assistant instead of your headache.
JEREMY:
And that’s the mindset: AI isn’t magic—it’s math that mirrors your clarity. If you’re vague, your content will be too.
Segment 2 – Tuesday: Turning Prompts Into Real Content
GLENN:
Tuesday is where it gets fun. You take those prompts and start generating real buyer and seller posts.
JEREMY:
We saw some of you creating content about “Why now’s still a great time to buy”—and that’s fine—but what we’re really after is interpretation, not information.
GLENN:
Yeah, that’s key. The internet already has information. You get paid for interpretation—for making sense of the noise for your clients.
JEREMY:
So Tuesday’s challenge: three buyer and three seller posts. Don’t worry about perfection. Just get your reps in.
Segment 3 – Wednesday: Integrating with Command
GLENN:
Wednesday we bridge the gap between content and systems. You take your posts and use them to feed your SmartPlans.
JEREMY:
Right. This is where most agents fall off. They create great content, get a few likes, and then… nothing. No capture, no follow-up.
GLENN:
Exactly. We say it every week: content without capture is wasted effort.
JEREMY:
Wednesday’s about tagging contacts in Command and turning visibility into conversations. If somebody liked your post, that’s a potential lead—start a SmartPlan follow-up.
GLENN:
The prompt we use is: “Write a friendly 2-sentence message I can send to someone who liked my recent post about market updates.” Boom—instant, human, local.
Segment 4 – Thursday: Finding Your Voice
JEREMY:
Thursday’s about taking all that AI text and making it sound like you.
GLENN:
Yeah, because authenticity still wins. AI gives you the words—but your voice gives them weight.
JEREMY:
I heard one of our agents say, “I feel like I’m finding my voice again.” That’s what Thursday’s for—rewriting, personalizing, role-playing your tone.
GLENN:
We even challenge people to send each other their rewritten posts in the office Slack—because peer feedback keeps you sharp.
Segment 5 – Friday: Execution & Reflection
GLENN:
And then Friday… the payoff.
JEREMY:
Three posts go live—buyer, seller, and sphere/referral. Track your engagement. Who liked, commented, or messaged?
GLENN:
Visibility is step one. Converting it into a relationship is step two.
JEREMY:
And you’ll notice—when you measure it, you start to own it. It’s not random anymore.
GLENN:
By Friday, you’ve built your first AI prompt library, your first three SmartPlan messages, and your first week of content that actually sounds like you.
Segment 6 – Recap & Coaching Close
JEREMY:
So, Week 1 takeaways:
1️⃣ Clarity in prompts = quality output.
2️⃣ Create before you critique.
3️⃣ Visibility only matters if you capture and convert.
GLENN:
And 4️⃣—Don’t overthink it. Use Command and ChatGPT together like two sides of your business brain.
JEREMY:
Exactly. AI does the writing; Command does the tracking; you do the connecting.
GLENN:
That’s the Amplify mindset right there.
JEREMY:
So your Power Hour this week—10 to 11 AM every day—isn’t just about time blocking. It’s about developing a new kind of fluency: learning to speak AI.
GLENN:
We’ll see you next week when we bring Canva into the mix and turn your words into visuals that pop.
JEREMY:
Until then—keep creating, keep connecting, and remember: progress beats perfection every single time.
GLENN:
Let’s amplify.
